Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
To return your product, you contact melissa@kandyaccessory.com for address or check your packing slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it's damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Kandy Aroma is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged, or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melissa@kandyaccessory.com and we will confirm where to send your item. You can always refer to your packing slip for shipping information too.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
